Registration

Once your abstrat is accepted, you have to proceed with the payment of the fees to confirm your participation.
Please send proof of your payment along with your name to: emcmre8@emcmre.com

Fees:  

Attendees from USA/Europe/Asia.

Academia: 760 € .
Industry: 1500 €   
300 € for accompanying person.

The fees include 4 nights of hotel accommodation,
coffee breaks, lunches, and the banquet.

Attendees from Africa.

Academia:  350 €
Industry: 1000 €
 250 € for accompanying person.
250 € for students.
The fees include only, coffee breaks, lunches, and the banquet.

Additional fees, for 4 nights of hotel accommodation, are : Academia/Industry/Students:  320 €
For accompanying person: 50 €.

You will receive a few days after registration a personal invoice. 

Once your abstrat (if any) is accepted, you have to proceed with the payment of the fees.

In any cases participation at the Conference will only be confirmed after payment of the fees
